The annual Mayor of London’s Volunteering Awards celebrate the individuals, teams and corporate volunteers who are making outstanding contributions to their communities and helping to make London the best city it can be.
Each day, tens of thousands of volunteers help charities and not for profit groups to deliver their services. The Mayor of London’s Volunteering Awards are one of the ways the Mayor acknowledges and thanks all volunteers across the City. Awards are presented across a range of categories and are awarded to both individuals and groups of volunteers.
This year’s ceremony will take place on Monday 14 October 2019 in the Chamber at City Hall between 5.30 – 7pm. Closing date for nominations is midday on Friday 26 July 2019”
