Circle Collective was created to help unemployed young people develop the workplace skills they need to secure permanent employment. Circle Collective have an opportunity for a volunteer to lead the recruitment of new learners for training and work experience in their Hackney store.
This office–based post includes identifying partners to refer young people. To build relationships with trainees and maintain contact with them until they attend the induction and start the programme. You will update the database and monitor the referral process. You will be involved in targeting summer candidates leaving school and college for the programme.
The desirable qualities are experience in recruiting young people, working with the job centre, knowledge of the benefit system, its East London partnerships and Excel.
