Employment Advisor (Full or part-time, can be discussed at interview)
We are looking for a dynamic, engaging Employment Advisor to join our team and support people with mental health issues and other high support needs into paid employment. You’ll have a real understanding of the barriers that people face, who have extensive mental health support needs, and who may have never worked in a paid role, to progress towards life goals; and who is equally happy with both providing group support via workshops, as they are providing individual 1:1 support.
