Join Core Arts and help people improve their mental health through sport. You’ll be lending a hand at sports sessions, be part of an amazing team, and get training and development opportunities.

Help and campaign for carers in your local area with Carers UK! You’d be helping connect carers to valuable support and information by distributing Carers UK materials – such as leaflets and posters – within your community.

Do you love Shakespeare and live performance? Get involved with East London Shakespeare Festival! You’d be helping usher audiences, and will meet the cast, get a behind the scene glimpse at a professional show, and enjoy the show for free.

For an hour a week, you can provide emotional, social, and informational support with HENRY, and help give their babies and children the best possible start in life.

Lend a hand at The Salvation Army’s shop in Mare Street – this is a flexible role, and you’ll get all the training you need. Free tea and coffee will be provided throughout your shift, as well as lunch if you’re working over lunch hours.
